Terms of Service
Effective 2026
Quotes & Estimates
Quotes provided through our website, phone, or in person are estimates based on the information available at the time. The final price is confirmed before work begins and may change if the on-site condition of the property differs from what was described.
Scheduling & Weather
We schedule jobs based on availability and Okanagan weather conditions. We’ll contact you as early as possible if a job needs to be rescheduled due to rain, freeze risk, or other conditions outside our control.
Property Access
You’re responsible for providing safe access to the areas being cleaned and for telling us about anything fragile, sensitive, or recently repaired that needs special care.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless another arrangement has been agreed to in writing.
Our Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with the results, tell us within a reasonable time and we’ll return to make it right at no extra charge. Our guarantee covers the quality of our cleaning work — it does not cover pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions we could not have reasonably identified in advance.
Insurance & Liability
Ogopogo Pressure Washing carries liability insurance. We take reasonable care to protect your property, but pressure washing can reveal or interact with pre-existing wear (e.g. old paint, loose caulking, aging surfaces) that isn’t caused by our work.
Cancellations
Let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
